8. Limitation of Liability

10. Termination

Termination by Client

• Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice
• Payment for completed work is required upon termination
• Ongoing projects will be completed or transitioned as agreed

Termination by Vision Edge

• We may terminate services for breach of terms
• Non-payment may result in service suspension
• We will provide reasonable notice when possible

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujranwala, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
